Thailand Bootcamp

Some people think I'm crazy but I just got back from a 7 day Thailand bootcamp! I had the best time and I thought maybe people would like to hear more about it. If you want to know details inbox me or add me as a friend (I'm trying to follow rules and not advertise...)
It was the hardest most exhausting, funnest week ever!! It was gr8 to see a different country while doing activities I love! It was pretty much 10hrs of exercise a day, I considered myself pretty fit before the camp but now I feel so much fitter and stronger! The daily itinerary looked like this:
Friday first day):
One of the hardest circuit classes I've ever done for 2hrs
Saturday
We walked 3kms, did a fitness test (beep test, push ups, sit ups burpies), walked 3km, played a game of running around for 2hrs, had lunch, walked 3hrs, played dumb pool games, walked 3km...
Sunday
We cycled up a mountain (35 - 45mins of killer hill) to see an elephant show, which I fell asleep sitting upright on a wood plank board, cycled back down the hill, walked to see waterfalls, finished cycling back to the resort
Monday
We went for a 1.5hr walk, did
Obstacle course at resort
Kettle bell class,
Thai boxing class,
Pilate's class,
Aqua aerobics class
Tuesday
14km walk
Circuit class with running
Kettlebell workshop
Aqua aerobics
Wednesday
Cardio tennis
Stupid stick game
Tyre pulling team game
Obstacle course at resort
Pilate's
Aqua aerobics
Thursday
Lake walk 6kms (with random exercise along the way)
Stations course that campers picked 3 exercises to do per station
Stair runs to see a temple
Muay Thai boxing studio
Friday
2.5km walk
Fitness test
2.5km walk
Weigh in
The food was all provided, all very healthy.... there was only a few things I didn't like and I did sneak in a few coffee's, bread rolls and was soooo hungry I ate a small pack of BBQ packet chips one step out of the toilets
The accommodation was very nice as well! Massages and sauna's were also included... It was a complete well being package!
I ended up losing 2kgs so down to 66.5kgs, 4% body fat, down to 21.5%, my metabolic age is now 16!!! I lost 4cms on both hips and waist!! My fitness test results improved as well! I originally got 8 on the beep test but I got 9 after the camp, I almost doubled all other burpies, push ups, sit ups I could do as well.
(I hope the pictures work!!!)
