  • I've changed it to skip breakfast and just have a little lunch and dinner. It's easier to keep the calories low that way. Might try the noon til noon idea though.
  • This is wonderful. I've been doing it for a few months but I eat too much so my progress isn't great. Only 10lbs loss. But going to cut back on treats and hopefully I'll reach 185 by new year :)
  • Wow you are amazing!! I'm so proud of you for achieving so much in a day! Today's total was 7809!! Still not 10k but I'm getting there!! I'm amazed how much walking equals 10k steps. I haven't moved much at all for the last year!!! Hopefully this will help me reach onederland by sept 7th!!
  • Today is the first day of logging a nonfast day in a long time and it has taught me where I am going wrong. I ate SO much and from now on I'm going to take the attitude that if I'm embarrassed to log it I shouldn't be eating it!!!

  • blame it on water retention. That's what I'm doing :) It could also be your muscles hanging on to more water because you're working them more. All other signs are positive so ignore the number on the scales this week :) You're doing amazingly!
