Yes, what kind are you eating? If it's instant or regular, try steel cut/Irish. It's a whole product and is filling for much longer. I add chia seeds to mine (with a little extra water). They expand in liquid, therefore keeping you fuller. I add peanut butter, banana and cinnamon. Sometimes berries and nutmeg. Anything you…

Looks good! I do like tofu, but will try this! My one change would be to substitute nonfat greek yogurt for the sour cream. That recipe has a good amount of dairy fat. I love dairy, but it should be moderated. I have a love/hate relationship with Hungry Girl. Good ideas, but she relies so much on pre-packaged, processed…

Please go, despite your hesitations! Anyone who is worth anything won't be judging you. If you're actually working out when you're there (I'm sure you will be), then no problems. The people who judge aren't worth anyone's time. You'd be surprised by how supportive the fitness community (all shapes and sizes) can be if you…

Did it! I mixed it up by adding weight training in between sets of 50. Thank you!

Doing it soon!

It's a challenge. Meant to take you out of the ordinary. It's less than 2 miles a day. Easily doable, especially if you do a slightly longer run at least one day a week. Even with regular running, it's nice to take a walk a few times a week. 10.65 miles so far!

What's your exercise like? You need to up your protein depending on your exercise and MFP recalculates your daily recommendations when you input exercise. I usually take in about 60 or so grams of protein w/o a shake, but MFP says that I should be getting about 45 w/o exercise. What is your daily recommendation from MFP…

Thank you! I finished, my wrists aren't feeling too great, but my core is definitely feeling good!

Doing this after my walk with the husband.

Maple syrup should be an ok substitute for honey. I prefer honey as it affects your blood sugar less than maple syrup. A quarter cup of honey is 260 cal, 70 carbs, 0 fat and 0 protein. A quarter cup of maple syrup is 200 cal, 53 carbs, 0 fat and 0 protein This seems tasty! I'll give it a go this weekend!

Did it with a 10# weight in each hand. My calves feel ripped! I did it P90X style, 100 with toes pointing forward, 100 with toes pointed in (like a pigeon) and 100 with toes pointed out. What a great idea!

If it's a large egg, then 53 calories for the yolk alone. Add that to a whole large egg, then you get about 123. A large egg white is 17 calories, so I just did two eggs minus one egg white. Hope that helps!

Add some extra protein (i.e. beef jerky, peanut butter, eggs, lean turkey, protein shake, greek yogurt, lowfat/nonfat milk) and that will give you some extra calories and keep you satisfied. Usually a shake should come after the workout. Just watch the sugar in it! There are days when I end under my calorie 'goal' because…

Too funny!!! I love coffee too! Last thing for me was a homemade breakfast burrito and Trader Joe's Wintry Blend coffee!

I'm doing Level 3 today. Will probably split it up a little. Thanks!

Smokers that feel that I need to breathe in their cigarette... Trust me, I had enough second hand smoke as a child, I don't need anymore. I HATE irresponsible pet owners and irresponsible parents. (BTW, I'm both a dog owner and a parent) Here's why: -I've been shin-cracked by a preschooler on a scooter. Parents blamed me…

That sounds good! I'll have to try that. Thanks!

I usually do some kind of cilantro lime shredded chicken in the slow cooker. That way, it's really versatile. I can use it for tacos/Mexican, Asian dishes and put it on top of a salad. When I'm tired of it, I make a creamy Thai coconut soup or tortilla soup with it and add a load of veggies! 1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless…
