Hello everyone! Saw this group on a friend's wall and decided to join. I'm 5'9. CW: 204 GW: 170. My goal is to be 199lbs by New Years Eve so hopefully joining this group will help me achieve that. I've slacked off in November (diet-wise) but I've kept consistent work outs. Now, I need to do BOTH! Every month changes where…

I work Saturdays and Sundays - so I typically rest on whichever day I'm more tired lol.

As of last week, I weighed 222lbs. I'm 5'9. I started 30DS at the end of June - I'm currently on Level 3. I was not consistent with it however - took alot of breaks, prolonging the progress. In August, I'm hoping to do it 30 Days straight. That's the goal. If that becomes overwhelming, I will take a break every 5 days. So…

When I can, I try not to eat my calories back. I have my intake set to 1900 so I try to keep it around that range. It just depends on how hungry I am. I can't sleep on an empty stomach.

I'm not working out as much as I should. However, I do work 12 hour shifts and working out afterwards is exhausting. I'm off for the next 2 days, so I'm hoping to make it up. This week is actually making me re-think my workout schedule and rest days. Overall, I've been eating decent and haven't been going over in calories…

Hello everyone!! I'm a grad student as well. Currently, I'm doing 30 day shred and just signed up for boot camp classes to speed up this weight loss and toning. I enjoy hiking and cycling classes as cardio and I use 30DS and youtube videos for strength training. My biggest improvement will need to be my diet, especially…

I already set goals for 2 minutes by the end of June but it's definitely more motivating to be apart of a challenge - so count me in! Currently, I can do 2 sets of 1 minute but can't make it up to 1 minute for the third set. :-\

My goal for May is 150 miles. So far, I'm at 107. I'm going for at least 14 miles per day until the end of the month to see if I can make it. Wish me luck? :-P
-
I'm in! My goal for the month is 150 miles. I have a total of 36 miles so far for May.

Currently, my goal weight is 180. The smallest I've been (without looking anorexic) was 150. I'm curvy and I lost alot of my curves when I was lower than 180. At 180, I was toned except my stomach no matter how much I worked on abdominals. If I can get to a toned 170 (all over) that would be ideal. 8)

I don't want to eat after 8pm because I'm in bed by 11pm. So I'm trying to follow the "rule" of not eating too close to bedtime. And I can't go to bed hungry so "light" dinners are super hard because after my workout I feel like I'm starving and I want to eat everything in sight.
-
1. No Eating after 7pm (light snacks only) 2. Workout 4-5x per week 3. Lose an avg of 2 pounds per week 4. Log food everyday 5. Run 50 miles (total) by the end of April

1st year grad student. Feel Free to add me. Def need the motivation for all that stress eating!
