Food Plan for people working 12 hour shifts
I work 12 hour shifts and I don't know how to schedule in my dinner consistently. I work 7am-7pm and my goal is to not eat after 8pm. However, I like to work out straight after work - so clearly I cannot eat then workout because I will get sick. Once I'm done working out, I'm back to eating at 9pm again. Any tips?

Portion Control
My whole life I've had issues with portion sizes. I hardly ever eat breakfast (am getting better at making myself eat something small) so I "binge" at lunch and dinner. What are appropriate portion sizes for items like rice, pasta, chicken, fish, etc?

Calorie Intake
My daily intake has been set to 1700 per day. When I work out, the calories burned are tacked on to the 1700. Because of this, I find myself utilizing the extra calories I earned. Should I stick with 1700 calories per day regardless of working out or continue eating according to the new calorie intake?

Jobs that require sitting all day
At my job, I'm basically sitting for the full 8 hours and I find myself more hungry and wanting to snack more. I've been calorie counting and it's been adding up! Any suggestions for healthy snacks that will make me feel fuller for longer? Thanks!
