im in 55 and joined mfp in jan this year.

really don't think about death anymore since I have come close several times.i no longer fear it and accept that death comes to every living thing.so I try to live my life the best I can. and am enjoy every sunrise and sunset.:)

sometimes my hands go numb.my doctor said its from years of working with my hands. usually happens after after having them in one position for awhile. like a motorcycle ride or even siting after a long day at work

im a big guy.im 5'10 276.at one point I was up to 326!!.quit soda cold turkey.right now just doing cardio because of a wrist injury stationary bike,eliptical and jogging.c25k plan. I cant wait to get back in the weight room.

your pace will increase over time,the more you ride.i can only ride my stationary bike right now because of a wrist injury.i ride it 4 to 5 times a week.usually do 10 miles in about 35 minutes.just keep riding and you will get there. also its important that your bike is adjusted for you.go to your local bike shop they can…
