Nuts and avocadoes are, as many people have said, phenomenal! I'd also like to reccomend adding stuff into oatmeal-- I kind of just discovered it, but oatmeal with bananas, peanutbutter and some cinnamon is filling, healthy, and tastes absolutely wonderful!

When you have such a big deficit you stop loosing because your body goes into survival mode. Eating disorders are really hard. I know first hand and I'm trying to recover on my own as well. Good luck with your recovery! Feel free to message/add me if you ever need some support!

He doesn't sound too into you. Sorry. I was going to get in on the grammar thing but I thought better.

Yes. Yes and it sucks. >.< I just kind of hope that I find someone like him.... not like, you know, but as amazing as? In their own way? I knew from the moment we became good friends that it would turn into this, and I just decided to enjoy the friendship and take it as a cue that people like him *do* exist in the world. :P

Eh... I get a tiny bit of that around my time of month. It's just normal. As long as it goes away within a few days I wouldn't worry about it! But it could be because of laxatives... I know overdoing diaretics (living off of tea) has done it to me a bit.

It takes time. It can take lots of time. But of course there is! And then things'll go back to normal, and all will be well. It's just getting to that point that really sucks. It's feels like there's legitimately no light at the end of the tunnel.

Hiiii! I definitely do. And then I go and freak out and restrict. Binging is the worst. I do it mainly when I'm stressed/ think I'm eating too much, which just worsens the whole problem. Ugh. But I'd love to be a part of that group! Support can be so nice...

A cheese and hummus sandwich. Ick.

Oatmeal does sound good! I was actually eating that for a while. I might try it again! thanks! :) I think the problem now is more that my appetite is gone, though. I can eat pretty much everything if I'm careful about it.

Sometimes I get salt cravings when my blood pressure is low... which usually just happens when I've been sitting around or haven't been eating as much as my body wants. But getting a bit more salt is no problem! Neither is eating a little extra when you contront a craving.

Gatorade sounds good! I eat a net of about 1500-1800 calories a day. And no nutrition plan! I saw a nutritionist for a while to gain some weight but after I gained it I started eating when I felt hungry, and ended up where I am now.

I do drink a lot, actually! 8-10 glasses a day. Which is why it's kind of weird to still be feeling so light headed all the time.

Oh hey arguments! Well, I'm going to pass on those, but just leave this 'cause I thought of it when I saw the title. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lshobg1Wt2M (William Wants a Doll- Free to be You and Me)

Japan's a neat place! I bet you'll enjoy it... the culture's so different, but in a good way! Especially if you have acess to a city. The country is beautiful there, too, though. Everything's so clean!

Dark chocolate, peanut butter and sushi!

I found that if I eat bigger meals I actually eat less overall. It just keeps me full and then I'm not shoving chocolate and other high cal stuff in my face the rest of the day. As for energy? It's hard taking care of a newborn! But maybe up your intake a bit? If you're still exercising *and* caring for the baby, some…

Chocolate banana peanutbutter cookies! Here's the recipe (found it on this site, but I know it's from another one.) 1/3 cup apple sauce 1/4 cup coco powder 1/4 cup peanut butter 1 banana 1/2 cup oats Mix 'em together, stick the dough in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, make balls of dough and bake for 11-15 minutes…

Because the right will be waiting for me somewhere else down the line. Not in this little old town!
