I'm not new to the site, but I'm trying to commit to recovering from a restrictive eating disorder and would love to find support from people who are going through or have gone through the same thing. Can sodium add to dizziness?
I'm a bit underweight for my height (About 5'9'', about 112 lbs) and I've got inner ear problems and low blood pressure, so in combination I get dizzy a lot.
