Pssst. You bake. You have tasted the goodness of carbs. Do not fear carbs. They are delicious and nutritious and you need them to survive. Whole grains especially. You've got this!
-
I want to add, too, that you're binging because your body needs it. And after those binges I bet you feel bloated and horrible and out of control. But you aren't. You're in survival mode. Your body is taking control because your mind is cloudy. And someday, your mind will clear. It passes. Everything will be okay. Trust…

I understand that you feel compelled to stay at a low weight, but please seek help. I know it feels safe, I know it makes you feel in control. But gaining those ten pounds was one of the best things that could happen to you. I promise. I know that it's hard to have extra weight on your body. It doesn't feel right. But you…

Fad diet! The book "Wheat Belly" was a thing.

Cover it with a moist (key: Moist! Not wet! Just kind of steamed) towel for a while; maybe frost it. Or frost individual bars with plain yogurt/ yogurt mixed with a bit of honey as you eat them.
-
Likewise. I could gain fifty or sixty pounds and be considered in the healthy weight range.
-
E-VER-Y day, please! But only if my friends would write me more. They're lazy right about now.

People always walk up to me and start speaking in Russian. It's kind of awkward. But I love listening to the language so I've never minded it.

I was afraid of milk for a while. And then I realised I needed calcium. For the record, my chronic cystic acne has improved since I started drinking it again.

Love. And not neccessarily the romance stuff, or what you need other people for. Loving the little things in life; the steamy hot cup of tea, the concrete things, the beauty that you can find in things you didn't think were beautiful at all. Maybe even beauty in ugliness. But looking to the future and thinking of how…

I love variety, but eating the same food has its benefits. You just need to find a few really good recipes and stick to them. But I like to mess around with recipes too much to do that. :)

Sushi is delicious and there are tons of healthy rolls. Sashimi is probably the best for you. Just don't go for anything with mayo or spicy mayo in it, or tempura sushi. That's when the calories get high.

My goodness. I'm working up to that, slowly! Since my body ate all of my muscles, my endurance has skyroketed (from about zero) but here's where I am now: Bench: 55 lbs Squats: 20 lbs Can't remember the other numbers. I can pull down 90 lbs, leg press about 180-190. More lower than upper body strength. I'm 5'9'' and 111…

I'm all for burritos, but I know that if I ate the first meal I would be more satisfied and more full. Sodium... oh how I love it... but once you start you can't stop eating!

My favourite breakfast is oatmeal with banana cooked in and peanut butter on top. Delicious!
-
Small boned. CW 111, GW about 115-118, although I'm betting I'll gain another ten pounds within the next few years and I'm fine with that. It also depends upon how much muscle I can pack on. Yay bulking! EDIT: I'm just under 5'9''

French fries. Blech. No more greasy food for me!

Elementary teacher.
-
Adventurous, but nope.

Striking -- Very pretty hair and complexion. :)
-
I was going to guess you worked an office job. Maybe in law.
-
How many calories are you eating right now? Are you trying to bulk and gain weight or lose fat gain muscle? If you're 5'7 and 116 you're probably pretty lean already.
-
You should definitely be eating more. At least to 1370 and then beyond. Eating below your BMR isn't enough.

Chocolate Hot chocolate Chocolate cookies Chocolate Peanut butter Ice cream ...Anything and everything else. But mainly chocolate.

Could any kind person with a US invite code PM it to me? Maybe? I've really wanted to try them, too!
-
Oh hey. Deactivated. Alright then.

As a super skinny person-- 110 and 5'9''-- I don't think I've ever been a size zero. Even at my thinnest. I just have really bony wide hips. It depends a lot on body structure. I've met two girls my height who fit into zero, and they were very small boned skinnier than me sisters.

All the teas! But regular lipton is my favourite. I like green with a bit of honey, chamomile every so often, and the other stuff is just fancy. I drink what's cheap! :)

This sounds a lot like the ABC diet to me. And ABC is "Anorexia Boot Camp."
-
Yeah, that sounds pretty extreem. If it was 1,000 calories a day it would be a lot easier to work with. Add beans in to eat freely and it would probably be pretty fine. If someone eats 5 cups of veggies and 5 fruits, that adds about 6-800 extra calories. Not enough. But at 1K base, with lots of beans, it would sound a lot…
