Yogurt with toppings, oatmeal with toppings, nuts, salad with lots of tasty stuff, chicken and beans... you can even get a veggie burger for about 300 calories. Omeletes are great, too. :)

:) Freckles are cute! I'd definitely trade them for the ugly dark moles I've got on my arms.

I don't. I force myself. But as soon as I start working out I feel soooo much better! Sometimes, if I really need a kick out of the house, I download a good audiobook that I can listen to, or get some new music that I look forward to listening to. Good luck!

Peanuts Peanut butter Whole wheat bread Oatmeal Bananas Apples Salad greens Frozen vegetables Seasonal vegetables Low fat plain yogurt Cottage cheese Eggs Turkey Chicken Potatoes Pasta Just a bit, but those are my staples! I eat a lot of graham crackers, too, with a bit of peanut butter spread on them. They taste like…

I want to wear my prom gown to weddings and fancy dinners again. I chose it because I knew I could, and I love it so much... Grr. I'm five pounds away....

WAAAAY too much!

A guy I was dating stupidly guessed that I was 140 lbs, when I only weighed about 117-120. I'm over 5'8''. Yes, I've always been skinny. But he hurt me and then left me and some stupid voice in my head that completely lacked logic or reason said "Oh, lose weight! You'll show him!" So my weight plunged down to 106. I went…

I love oatmeal! I usually add in the extras while I'm cooking it so they soften up and the flavors meld together. My favourite combinations are: Apple walnut oatmeal (chopped the apples and walnuts, throw them in a pot with some cinnamon, sprinkle a little brown sugar on top when it's done) Banana peanutbutter oatmeal…

^____^ This looks so good. I need to get some coconut oil!

I dated a 20 year old when I was 17. As long as you trust him (for and with the right reasons) and he's not a creeper, you're fine. If you're 18, unlike a few posters are saying, it's completely legal, regardless of where you live.

Thank you, I will!

I have the same problem at times. Once I have a busy day at my job and end up beneath my cals, I wake up the next morning and feel like I'm going to explode if I'm going to take a bite of anything that day. But what I always try to do is eat more frequently, smaller meals. If I eat a 700 calorie breakfast on a day I'm not…

Oh, yeah, I am. Don't mind the low weight; only included it for reference. I've seen a nutritionist and been checked out and everything's fine. No bones sticking out or anything. But adding a bit of bulk? Yes please!

Jim Brickman, just by chance. And as my favourite claim to fame, Obama "borrowed" my uncle's pen and never gave it back! That was years and years ago.

If cereal is bad, what about granola???? 1/3 of a cup? 1/4 cup? Who in the world can eat 1/4 cup of cereal? What's the point?? Granola's so expensive, anyways. If you're going to buy it, you might as well be able to ENJOY!!

Not once!

You look so great! And your wedding photo is beautiful. ^_^ Great job!

Cake. Pizza. When they're in front of me my stomach suddenly becomes a bottomless pit.

This looks so delicious.

If I ever have hard candy (e.g. a mint) I don't bother logging it. Mainly because I only do when I'm super stressed and I'm usually on my feet a lot more on those days, anyways. I don't log tea, either, or the half-pinch of salt I put in with my oatmeal.

Thanks!

My parents telling me I look disgusting.

A roll isn't the same as a piece! The 12 piece package you buy at the grocery store is 500-650 calories total, not 6-7,000!!

Actually, I've been pretty surprised by how low-cal a lot of the recipes I use are. A huge slice of lasagna, for instance, is only 350 calories! And a cup and a half of beef stew is about 200. Considering how filling both of those are, I was pretty amazed!

I mix it with sliced grapes or strawberries, but I bet any fruit could work! I also like it with a bit of curry or chillie powder. Cottage cheese is so good!

Height: Almost 5'9'' Small frame HW: 122 CW: 109 GW: 118 Yep! Gaining! Suffered a pretty extreme post-break-up drop to 106. I lose eating beneath 1800 cal/ day. *Edited to fix a typo.

Those sour patch candy things. Blech! The worst I've heard of, though, is that my mom always ate raw hot dogs as a kid. Her mom just gave them to her as snacks. And onions. When I was little I'd eat them like apples.

All of my friends are only children, and they're all perfectly fine and very happy. It depends on the kid's personality. As a member of a four-kid family, I'm glad that I grew up with siblings. The largest difference between my upbringing and those of my friends, however, is that I know how to deal with as many crying,…

I think food prep can count, but it depends on what you're making. If I'm making dinner for myself or oatmeal and eggs for breakfast or something, there's no way I'm counting that, but if I'm chopping and stirring and mashing and peeling for a huge group of people for a few hours, I don't see a problem with counting it.
