Green veggies, sweet potatoes, white potatoes. Look up starchy carbs and carb cycling. Darin Steen has great videos on YouTube. You have to eat starchy carbs at the right time though. You can do this!!!

Set your alarm. Wake up and decide whether or not to actually get out of the bed. No manual, ebook, or anything else can teach you how to wake up. Period.

You should do weight training first. Then do cardio at the end of your session. Break up your workout days. I like to do chest and triceps one day, Back and Biceps another day, legs on another day.
