Whooop, Whooop!!! Our stories are similar, I have been trying since January to lose weight but just couldn't get in the groove until recently. I will be weighing on Friday and hope to be under the 180 mark myself. I look forward to wearing a size 8 soon, too!! Good Luck to you, keep up the good work.

I have been struggling for a long time to lose weight but mainly focused on it since January 1st. I have tried so many things but just couldn't get in a groove. I had a consultation with them and signed up. I am in the groove. I was wondering if anyone else was going or did go? I'd love to hear about it?

Hey everyone, I want to exercise but just can't seem to talk myself into doing it yet. In the past I would walk at the local rec center. I like doing it but I just can't seem to make myself do it. Does anyone have any pointers or suggestions for me to get my rear in gear?

Today I only had a shake for breakfast. I made some good choices for lunch and dinner. I had a slim fast snake muffin bar and a meal bar in my purse but didn't need them today. Thanks for your advice. So far I have had a shake for breakfast, slimfast snack bar for snack, at lunch I have had a Slimfast meal replacement bar along with a half sandwich. Then in afternoon I have had fruit for another snack., sensible dinner, and 100 cal popcorn in the evening. So, far so good. I don't feel deprived…

I have always said I would never try Slim Fast, but I started it 2 days ago. I am just trying to find something that I will stick to. I don't know how many times this year I have started a plan and quit the same day. I am feeling positive and just wanted some feed back to hear how it has worked for others.

I am proud of myself, I have managed to stay away from fast food and eat only from home. I still need to work on what I eat at home so I can make my goal by July 4th.:bigsmile:
