I have 2 slices pumpernickle bread toasted with low sugar peanut butter. If I don't have time for breakfast I'll eat toasted almonds and a apple.

Start by counting your sugar grams. Try not to go over 20 grams a day. Be careful with fruit, no watermelon, pineapple, stick with tart fruits, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, no sugar added.
