  • Merry Christmas to everyone - hope you all had a great day :) It's back to T25 tomorrow. I am gonna try to double up each day so as to not miss the weeks worth of workouts & to burn off all the candy I ate :)
  • I am taking the next 3 days off and hope to pick up on Thursday. I still have to much Christmas candy to make & too many last minute things to do. I do plan on doing my weightlifting so hopefully missing a few days won't do me in. Everyone have a wonderful holiday & a Merry Christmas!!!

  • Staturday I did Dynamic Core (Friday's) workout today and did a fair job and I also did the stretch dvd. Not only have I not lost any weight but I have put on 2 pounds.   • jakeyuma Sorry to hear about your weights. That sucks. There is a website - dumbellanddiapers - that shows you the moves on alpha, beta, and gamma dvd's. You might not have to go through all the workouts to find the ones that don't use weights. Good luck with customer service:)
  • Beta Speed 2.0 My hubby peed me off right before my workout today & I ended up totally nailing Speed 2.0!!! I averaged 89-92% of my heart rate for most of the 25 minutes.   • I am doing much better with drinking water. Before I started my journey I didn't drink water once a week much less daily and I am now up to 7-10 glasses a day. I don't know if it is the water, but since I upped my intake my skin seems better and my wrinkles not so noticeable. Yeah!
