Hi Everyone, I am starting at 164. If I lose the 10 lbs it would put me less than my original goal weight of 159!

I'm happy I did not gain weight because I was unable to workout this month...So I am still okay with it... Now I can't wait for the Memorial day challenge. I only have one more dental procedure to go and then I can…

You look good! Congrats to your new start! I started the shred yesterday and I love it. Especially cause it's only 20 minutes, I just made one mistake I did the routine twice yesterday so now I can barely walk...lol...Hopefully I'm okay by tomorrow!

Hello, My weekend was fine despite me feeling sick all of Saturday. I wasn't active this weekend and I did indulge some because I had bar-b-que Saturday. For the first time I prepared healthy foods for the first time for the super bowl which I am proud of because me and my family enjoy the appetizer's. I had a NSV last…

I also baked a batch today mined looked similar to your's I just forgot to flatten them so they were little balls..lol...I added nuts to mine the taste was still bland (I'm going to let my banana's ripen some more and try it again tomorrow or once they are ripe enough, that can also affect the sweetness of the cookie) but…

I hope you are feeling better. Last week was a difficult week for me with the cravings and mood swings it made it hard for me to focus but I was still able to lose 1 lb. I'm planning to stop taking Ortho-Lo sometime in the future because I know my weight lose would be better if I didn't have to deal with the pop-on pop-off…

Hi, I have a 1200 calorie limit for about a month in a half. Majority of the time I stay under my calorie limit, thanks to the calorie counter and exercise. You can add me if you like.

Hi everyone , This week I lost 2lbs. My goal for this week is to do at least 45 minutes of Zumba Core for 5 days no less than 4 days. It is going to be difficult with running a household and 3 papers due this week, but I know I can do it if I manage my time wisely. Good Luck everyone :) ~One day & meal at a time~

I will like to have gain discipline and commit to a lifestyle change where it is normal for me and my family to eat completely healthy. I would also like to reduce my BMI levels and I would love if I can get back in the 150's, it will be a wonderful feeling.
-
Hi, I have been doing Zumba Core for 35 days now and as of last Saturday I have lost 16 lbs. After the first day I was addicted I love the songs. The more you do it the better and funnier it becomes my whole family even plays it now.
