my suggestion is that you should probably work out before you go (I assume you prob were already planning this), and depending on how the place is set up try to do a couple of walk arounds first to see exactly what you want to sample before trying anything and try to stick to only a few things that you REALLY want to try.…

I pretty much make the same thing except I use smaller shells and the chicken I use is from a can (sounds gross, but tastes good and only 60 cals per serving). How awesome is Wishbone's light blue cheese dressing?! Soo good! Also if you put some creamcheese and pop this in the oven for 20 mins, it makes a great buffalo dip!

I'm new on MFP too, but I've done other calorie counting sites and found that it is most beneficial to only weigh myself once a month about 1 week past my "visitor" so I don't have any added water weight.
