Day 3 is always the hardest for me. It's like my "withdraw" kicks in fill force. You just kind of have to power through it. It gets easier. Even then you have to allow for life. Like today... My roommate said "wine" and then wine was followed by some grilled cheese. Whoops!! Lol. But that's life. I no longer crave chips…

I get that. I'm starting over. I can't even weight myself. It makes me crazy and I'll under eat. I'm taking baby steps.. Starting with a 20 minute walk every morning and eating well. Eventually I'll join a gym again..but for now walking and chicken it is. Lol

I pretty much have to not drink...because there's no one or two for me most of the time... I haven't cut it out.. That would make me want it more.. But I do say no more often now. It's hard with football season in effect now though.. I basically can't watch it... Which sucks...

Yes please eat. I ended up in the hospital from eating that little. I'm not hungry either, but I eat at least 1200 a day and I'm doing just fine. I don't weight myself though. That's too much stress for me. I can see and feel the difference.

I have ~ 1200 calories and I got ~ 150g of protein today And that's before my nightly "chocolate milk" (chocolate protein powder with almond milk). Weight. Just about all food labels include weights on a serving size. Just get a scale. Mine was only 10 bucks. Well worth it.

Maybe mfp isn't a good fit for you. My friend would do that.. And she'd stop eating at a certain number... A low number. It wasn't good. Mfp isn't for everyone.
