Most "healthy" food is lower calorie. Be wary of food that claims it's "healthy". Look at labels. Ingredients if you care about that sort of thing. If it fits into your goals, then it's a go. I love granola. I get the high protein with chocolate one. Is probably the most "unhealthy" staple food item I keep in stock. I only eat half a serving at a time and I put it over yogurt and fruit. I think it nature valley. I figure if I'm gonna spend that many calories I wanna get protein and chocolate out of it. Lmao!!!

Not me. I'm closer to 150 per month. I eat a lot of meat and cheese and veggies. I also buy things like baby Bella cheese and precut veggie noodles. I could cut back a little there if I had to. When I get my place back and I'm the only one eating what I buy, I'll have a more accurate number.

I had eggs for dinner. I put ham spinach onion mushroom peppers salsa salt pepper in them scrambled them and put them over a cheese covered portabella mushroom cap. I like a sliced tomato with salt and feta. of course that's not really desk worthy. Lol. So I just have think thin or pure portein bars in my drawer. I'll put a baby Bell in the fridge or just munch on a carrot.

I take a crap load... Including a hair skin and nail one. I take them as an attempt to stay off medication and keep myself balanced and healthy. My doctor ordered most of them, I added fish oil and the hair one.

Good on you! I defantly have alcoholic tendencies. But don't drink like I was before. It's a struggle that's for sure. I'm not alcoholic, but I really could be.

This is how I always do it too... Or make your serving size 1.. Then log the percent you eat (.4, .6, .75) works the same either way.

As for you bp.. idk about you, but I'm lazy. If it's not in the house I'm unlikely to go out to buy it. So if there are no chips here I don't eat them for no other reason then I can't. So if it is something that affects that, don't buy it.
