Hey, does anyone have a good meal plan to follow for weight loss?

    You can eat anything you want. To lose weight, you just need to eat less. But you have to eat less so consistently and for so long that it would be (IS!) hopeless and pointless to NOT eat what you want. What we like is personal, and what we can eat, depends on availability. So, yes, I have a good meal plan for weightloss, which will more than likely be useless for you.

    To get myself into the swing of things I did the 17 day diet initially. The original one, not the updated version. I would not recommended it for a long term, but it helped me kick my unhealthy eating habits. I still use variations of the recipes from it. I liked it, but it is extremely restrictive initially. A lot of people here are gonna tell you not to do that. But it worked for me. Just don't under eat.
