10 minutes on bike, circuit training, 20 minutes on treadmill with a fast paced walk on an incline, circuit training again for a total of 1 hour.

I did an hour and a half (75 minutes of actual poses) of Vinyasa Yoga this morning. Excellent way to burn calories and to clear the mind. Have a great day 20!

The South Beach Diet is a great alternative to Atkins. I have had lots of success with this diet. I found it easier to follow, it allowed more of the good carbs, and eventually helped me stay on a path to eating more balanced meals.
