Thank you everyone for the replies! The carbs is what gets me , I drink water nothing else but it's really hard to completely cut out sugar , I stopped eating candy but there is sugar in everything ! I think I'll probably up my calories a little bit and try to figure out what's a good range . I went from eating fast food…
