Yes. Give your body about 6-8 weeks. If your number are correct you will start to lose again. (:

You want to give your body about 6-8 weeks to adjust to the higher calories. You may gain a bit, but after it adjusts you should start losing. (:
-
You should never net below 1,200. Even that is low for most people. I can see being a few calories under for one day, but 800 is WAY too low.

Chocolate. (╯︵╰,)

This will help you figure out your calorie goals; http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 This will factor in your activity level. I choose sedentary and eat back my exercise calories. If you eat too low below your BMR then you may start to stall.

Greek yogurt or cottage cheese. (:

I'll eat something 'bad' if I really want it, but I try not to do it every day.
-
How much are you eating and how much are you burning? It would help if you opened up your diary. (:

1. 2 lbs a week is pretty amazing. You may want to get your expectations in check. 2. Read this; http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/682138-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

You should never eat below your BMR. That is the minimum amount of calories your body needs to exist. As long as your calories burned are accurate (HRM) then eat them back, at least until you net your BMR.

I usually drink whiskey.

Use this as a guide; http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 This calculator is a bit more detailed, you can actually put in the minutes. (: http://www.iifym.com/tdee-calculator

Give it about 6-8 weeks and try not to weight yourself. You may see some initial weight gain while your body gets used to it before you start losing again.
-
LOL.

I may try that tomorrow then. I have been practicing my form barefoot at home so maybe that will help. (:

Thanks for all of the tips, I'm wearing running shoes so that's probably the problem. I heard that converse are good, but I guess I didn't think it would make that big of a difference. I'll pick some up and try again! I'm pretty sure LA Fitness wouldn't want me to take off my shoes, haha. Thanks guys. (:

Note to self: sex.

Bump, since I'm a gym noob.

Just adding my two cents because this has turned into a debate thread. You can't gain large amounts of weight by eating at your BMR. That is the base amount of calories you need to sustain life if you didn't move, EVER. The reason people gain is because they have been starving their bodies of the necessary calories for too…
-
You look so tiny! Congrats!
-
Did this tonight. Oh man, I have no coordination. Sweat like crazy, though.
-
Eat more protein.
-
It depends on what you choose as your activity level. I personally set mine as sedentary so that I eat my exercise calories back. Also, I just upped my calories a week ago. You should probably give it at least 4-6 weeks to see if there is a change.
-
Bump for later.
-
I just started and would love some friends who eat. Haha. I'll add you.

Awesome! Thanks for the link. (:
