Balance.
So, I was planning on starting today. Went into the gym, ready to go. When I got in position to do the squats, I just couldn't do it. I was super unbalanced and the bar felt wobbly. Is this normal, or does it mean I'm not ready for SL? Any tips would be great. (:

I know, I know. Body fat% is what I should be paying attention to. The question I have is being at the weight of 215 lbs I have a lot of fat to lose, will I see results with just heavy lifting or should I do a combo of cardio and lifting? 30 Day Shred question.
I'm on L1D5 of 30 day shred and I notice that I am actually having a harder time then on day 1. I tend to stop every once and a while to catch my breath. Is there anyone that has had a similar experience? I feel like stopping is negating the benefits of the workout. :l I'd love to hear some success stories as well.

Why is maintaining weight loss so hard?
I'm still losing weight, but i'm curious why so many people have a harder time maintaining their weight than losing it. You'd think with the higher calorie limit that it would be easier. Let me know what you think.

Best way to incorporate protein powder.
I've been having a hard time getting in enough protein. I'm looking for the best ways to use protein powder that you guys have discovered. p.s. I'm not a fan of smoothies.
