I use liquid sucralose or erythritol and a few tablespoons of heavy cream. I'm on keto and coffee is my breakfast. (:

When I drink I stick to straight liquor. Whiskey FTW. I just log it and make sure it fits into my calories.
-
I ran it through a few calculators. It varies from 2200-2300.

I would say that's too low. I would try to net closer to your BMR, but with a lot of weight to lose you should be fine netting below. I would aim for around 1800-2000 and give it about 6-8 weeks to let your body get used to it. Not an expert, just my suggestion.

I didn't think people actually did that.
-
I eat salt plain sometimes. I'm a monster.

Boys are icky, but you may stay if you so desire it.

I would recommend trying it. You start out with the empty bar and work your way up. I was a beginner, and I'm doing pretty well. (: Check this group out, it's a great resource: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/4601-stronglifts-5x5-for-women

Same. I'm doing Stronglifts now. (:
-
I workout first thing after I wake up, before I eat with no problems. I'm a beginner though, so I'm not sure if it will change when I start lifting heavier.
-
You may not need to make such a big cut, 15% or 10% may be okay depending on your goal weight. You'll definitely still lose weight due to the calorie deficit, Stronglifts will help you maintain your lean body mass so that most of that loss is fat. (:

Mmmm, poptarts.

I want to look good naked. I'm sure a lot of people share this inspiration. (:
-
Mmm, I'm hungry.
-
It tastes awesome but it makes your pee super yellow due to the large amounts of B12. Try not to eat more that two tablespoons a day.
-
I noticed the same thing. All these men taking the squat racks. I thought most people would have given up on their New Years resolution by now. Haha.
-
You should only net 1,000 calories a day or below if you are being supervised by a doctor. It doesn't matter whether you feel hungry or not. Your body may adapt to the low amount of calories but it is still not healthy.
-
You should net at least your BMR. That is WAY too low. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

I eat the generic Aldi brand but I love it. Black cherry is my favorite. (:
-
It tends to be an issue with us because our food bill is pretty high since we eat completely different things. That is my reason, and also I'm looking for more variety.
-
It's a desk job. I have my goal set at my BMR and try to NET that or eat a bit over it.
-
I usually use egg substitute or 2 eggs, 1 oz of cheese, and a piece of toast. I eat at around 11-12ish after I wake up, have a snack at 5:30ish during my break at work, and eat lunch/dinner at 7:30. I work until midnight.
-
Sounds yummy. (:
-
I'm hoping that it will be the same for me. I'm usually hungry an hour after eating breakfast which is usually eggs. Haha.
-
Honestly, my boyfriend eats meat and I think it would be easier if we were able to cook together. Also, right now I eat a lot of eggs and greek yogurt for protein and not much else. Just looking for some variety. (:
-
Thank you for the tips! (:
-
I just started, too. I'm planning on following the program. It may be easy at first but as you add weight it will get harder and you'll need a longer rest period between sets.
-
Thanks guys. I need to pick up some epsom salt. (:
