It's entirely possible. Stress can play havoc with your regular routines and if you're routines are thrown off due to the details of dealing with the aftermath and details of your father's death, you're not going to be eating the way you did before he died at all. Cereal with fruit and skim milk mostly, sometimes what I call breakfast salsa muffins (whole grain English muffin, salsa, a few teaspoons of cheddar cheese), and sometimes a few squares of pumpkin ravioli. I'm almost always hungry in the morning, but sometimes I can suppress it until noon, if needed.
