Yes @yarwell, I take it when I remember!

Thanks everyone. I already do all I can to help myself plus a few prescribed things too, and still I'm lucky if it's once a week. I know it won't make me lose fat but just thought a 'cleanse' might help with feeling better and thus make exercise and better eating easier.

I have MS and seem to be given one pill after another at the moment. Most have increased appetite or weight gain as a side effect but I thought if I didn't allow myself to eat like a horse I'll be fine.

I record everything meticulously. I also don't record my exercise so don't eat it back. I'm not managing a lot or exercise at the moment as I'm just recovering from an MS relapse. Maybe I'm just expecting something to happen too quickly. Thanks for links, they'll help a lot!

Clever!

Done. Going to go lower on work days anyway so will be at a computer. Thanks SezxyStef!

Well done on the weight loss regardless! That's amazing! I hope your plan works. I think I'm getting back on track too.

Just saw this comment...laughed out loud in the office!

Thank you for showing me I'm not the only one! The advice you ladies have provided definitely helps. I think getting back to the gym will help too. Eating rubbish when you've worked your butt off is never as appealing!

What are the 'macros' everyone is talking about?
-
I feel the same! My plan is to add in my exercise just so I have a record, but still think only of calories actually taken in.

Thank you everyone!! I have lots of tasty new ideas now! Good luck to you all getting fit / losing weight :-)

Thank you so much! This will get me started with some fresh ideas. I found the detox pretty easy as I could see the weight coming off, but I've actually gained a pound since starting the shakes so needed some motivation! Thanks again!

I use the myfitnesspal app on my phone. I record everything I consume everyday, and check my weekly average by going to the menu and selecting 'nutrition' then 'weekly'.

This site is fantastic! Thank you!!! I love quiche too and am missing it a lot so will be trying this soon!

Excellent description, thank you. I have MS and feel like I'm always at doctor's, so have never mentioned similar symptoms. Now I don't feel so silly! *Meant to quote Chillyfrog!

Look at your average for the week. I have a cheat day but still try and keep the average for the week around 1200. I also don't count my exercise as saved calories, only actual food.

Dropped weight and went from a full C to a small B. Gained weight, boobs stayed a B. Now trying to lose again and may end up with nothing!!

So relieved other people feel the same! All my gym tops are too tight as I have gained weight (because I stopped going to the gym?). I wear stretchy bottoms and one of my boyfriend's t-shirts, as I refuse to buy more gear if I'm going to lose weight again! Look crap in the gym so you can look great outside it!

I have MS so I pretty much always feel these things. I'm actually being totally honest when I say that I'm feeling it less on juice plus. It's half past 3 and usually by now I'm half asleep, yet I'm actually quite with it today. I'm eating fruit/veg sporadically throughout the day as well as my 2 shakes and a dinner that…

What about people who have gained a lot of weight in a year and just want to get it back off before going back to normal food? I've never been 'fat' (over my BMI) but I'm unhappy with my weight after letting illness take over, feeling sorry for myself and eating junk without exercising for nearly a year. And actually,…

It was given to me when I ordered my shakes (£26 a month for 4 months). It's pretty much just cutting out sugar, wheat, gluten, dairy, alcohol, (fun?). Though, like I said, I did slip up quite a few times! It made me more aware of what I generally scoff daily though and don't actually need. If you search Juice Plus on…
