looks like a hangover day to me! I'm sure you already know but soya milk is a definite no no in primal/paleo world.
-
Also, If you have greatly increased the amount of veggies you are eating, this is very normal. I am on day 7 of Auto Immune whole 30 and it's been happening for me as well. It will improve once your body gets used to it all.

rabbit is VERY lean and easy to overcook. either cook it very quickly or low and slow.. here's something from the meat guy http://www.themeatguy.jp/app/products/view/290 bacon,lardons..etc are good to add some fat to the dish and if u wrap it it will help to keep it moist

I do everything with it that I would do with butter, cook veg in it,cook meat in it,fry eggs in it and if you are making your own(it's clarified butter..same thing)you can use it to make beautiful hollandaise..one of the most wonderful sauces on the planet. It has a very high smoke point so it's SUPER versatile!

Mark Sisson does a post about things that are primal or not and agave is in the NO category

there is also a belief that woman tend to do better on a 14/10 fasting window. Doing IF is not recommended until you are well adopted to a primal/paleo lifestyle. I am not saying that's the case here with OP but just something to put out there for anyone thinking about IF. I personally do well with IF when I am eating…

I eat lamb(nice and fatty),ribeye, butter, ghee,if you eat dairy then full fat cream and cheese.

week 4,day 3..was a super difficult run not helped by the fact of a detox I am in the process of. Going to repeat week 4 and see if I can get past the hurdle. I think I am having a hard time pacing myself and running too fast.Have to try and fix that.

the calorie count looks awfully high for what u are having. I would double check to see what they are off site and so a comparison. I don't think u can turn calories off.

here is a good article on whole 30 http://www.theclothesmakethegirl.com/2012/12/30/30-reasons-whole30/

I am doing auto immune whole 30 and at day 3.I have done another whole 45 this time last year. It is a great way to start paleo or as a reset button. good luck and hope it all goes smoothly!

I follow the fruit rule and only eat fruit in season and local. It's wild berry season here and we are picking like mad to stock up for the winter. I haven't heard the info about the eggs though.

If you are suffering with IBS then boxed milk alternates containing carrageenan is not good for you. Carrageenan is a seaweed thickener that is believed to be harmful in people suffering digestive issues. It's easy to make your own nut milk if you google it. Also, soy is a definite NO in paleo/primal.

I have read a bit on the health benefits and Mark has an article here about it.May help with deciding. http://www.marksdailyapple.com/palm-oil-nutrition/#axzz2bqv1by43

Preparation and Use It may flavor dishes like collard greens, be strained to make lard, fried into crispy strips called cracklings, or used to wrap around other types of meat to retain freshness, called barding. One of the most well known uses of fatback is rendering it into lard, which is where the fat has been melted to…

what I find amazing is that in one day of A.I.P,I had NO heartburn..one day!I hope it will continue like this for the duration and hopefully I will notice some improvements in joint pain. I didn't have far to get to the whole 30 but thinking the dairy and eggs will make the difference for me. Thanks again everyone!

here is an interesting article on nitrates from a reliable source I love bacon but have no access to good bacon and I find when I eat the bacon I get here,it causes digestive distress http://chriskresser.com/the-nitrate-and-nitrite-myth-another-reason-not-to-fear-bacon

thanks for your comments guys!

I would say this is SUPER normal. The body will lose the bloating over the first couple of weeks. I think when I started primal,I lost 14lbs in the first month and then 4 in the second.
-
I was wondering how come your calories are set so low?
-
Adding veggies to a broth will not up the calories of the broth unless you are eating them.
-
on a non cooking note, for those of you that shave legs and the rest,it is VERY good for shaving. If you have skin issues(allergic reactions)it works a charm for taking away itchy skin. Be careful in the type of oil you are buying for eating. Here is a good explanation of the processing of coconut oil and the farce that is…
