funny, one of the reasons I have left other online groups was because of very rude attitudes, something brings out the evil in people when u mention paleo or primal..not sure why people think we are sheep for following a way of eating,I think lots of people who get involved in this way of eating have been experiencing issues…

for me,I was noticing I was having a really bad problem digesting a few things..they can be bought in your local health food store and can either be plant based enzymes or ones that have animal enzymes. I have been taking them now for about 3 months and I have noticed a significant difference.
-
I'm not sure if you can take digestive enzymes but they have been a life saver for me.Also understanding what foods make you feel awful(for me it's almost all pork)and not eating them. It's trial and error but you will get there in the end.

I supplement with vit d,probiotics, digestive enzymes(this has been essential with all of the meat),vitamin e with evening primrose and zinc.

You look amazing..great pictures!

Just so u know, cultured celery extract is just a natural sounding name for sodium nitrate, this is known to cause cancer in small children and pregnant women. There are lots of articles out there discussing the misleading labels in Canada

grains do not keep you full for long,if you want a good breakfast that stays with you, look at a protein breakfast. I just had a small steak and roasted carrots for breakfast.I follow the primal way of eating and I can go 5-6 hours(sometimes more)between meals

first off, love the pic of your dog, super cute! diary looks good. hope paleo goes well for the weeks to come
-
I agree with Chaotic Mum and I would also suggest reading It Starts With Food. This is a great book that suggests you go off everything for 30 days. The belief that a lot of people have a dairy issue that they don't know about, after the 30 days there is a re-introduction phase. When I went back to eating dairy it triggered a…

I have been on and off primal for 1.5 years.add me if you like

sweet potatoes, zucchini noodles, carrot noodles, sea kelp noodles, almond flour will make good paleo bread, coconut flour pancakes..lots of things out there and many, many websites with recipes. Also pintrest has got lots of paleo/primal recipes. good luck!

THIS! Edit: keep in mind that all those "normal foods" that "normal people" are eating are NOT normal for human physiology (think about how long humans have been eating pizza, or burger in a bun or sandwiches-not long). Also, all those people are suffering sickness that they think is a normal part of life including:…

Great quote and great advice @ rkr22401.Thanks for that bit of information. It should be passed around to all the forums

With the amount of exercise you are doing,I would say to increase your calories. With the primal blueprint(marks daily apple),he is not a fan of working out doing heaps of cardio..move slowly 3-4 hours a week, play and do sprints every 7-10.This does not need to be running. If you have lots of weight to lose, really low carb…

this was usually the hard day for me (I have started over a few times).I always got super tired, cranky, headache and feeling generally *kitten* This will pass and you will feel SO much better in the days and weeks to come! You can do it!
-
dairy intake can cause sugar cravings.try and restrict dairy and see what happens.2 weeks without and then 3 servings in a day and see what happens.good luck..also,consider reading it starts with food.great book and very helpful

I started the program with more weight then you and didn't need to repeat. It's a gradual increase and your body adjusts very quickly. By the end of this I ran 10km in a relay of a marathon.I was 220lbs at the time. You can do it!

this will be my second week with no sugar,no fruit either..I am onboard with this challenge!

or,you could drink hot water and lemon.this works as an easy detox drink especially if you drink it first thing in the morning. green tea is better for you than black tea as it helps with weight loss and is full of antioxidants
-
I had bone broth for breakfast this morning and ate it with some sea kelp noodles. I would say to eat anything for breakfast and not think of specific times of the day with specific foods. I happily eat leftover curries, steaks, etc in the morning,it just takes some getting used to

It depends on your frame as well. I am just over 5'7 and would expect that 160 would be a fine weight for me..this may change when I get to this weight but for me,I think it will work
-
It's not the best to weigh everyday as your weight fluctuates throughout the day. While you may register a loss on a Tuesday on Wednesday you could gain.I would say once a week is plenty.Always the same day and first thing in the morning before breakfast. Good luck!
-
I stay away from all sugars including honey and maple syrup because they are my achilles heal. Decide where you want to go. 80/20 rule or full on whole 30.Whatever works for you.Don't stress or it won't be worth it. Good luck!
-
I am a sugar addict as well.I keep carbs low,cut out all grains and dairy.Dairy and carbs feed the sugar monster!good luck..I am on Day 3 of no sugar and today was the first day I felt tired and cranky,it will be worth it soon

I am currently taking coconut oil as it's very good for lots of things, including weight loss. Apple cider vinegar has very good results for aiding in weight loss http://www.naturalnews.com/033745_apple_cider_vinegar_weight_loss.html

I can't seem to get the imaging to work but I am hoping to lose 15-20 lbs by the end of the 10 week challenge Will try again later
