One thing I read about continually is that if you are dealing with a lot of stress in your life,it can have a massive impact on weight loss..everything else can be perfect but stress messes it up. If you are thinking hormonal issues, look into the leptin reset program as I have read countless success stories with this…

When I eat cream,I love devonshire cream with warm, wild blueberries and cinnamon. It's not a "treat"but it feels like one to me. Fat bombs are my other "treat"…google them,to DIE for!

Here is a quote from marks daily apple about protein: Protein takes priority. If there is ample glycogen (stored glucose) and the body is getting the rest of its energy efficiently from fats, protein will always go first towards repair or building cells or enzymes. In that context, it hardly seems fair to assign it a “burn…

Personally,I would be trying to change around eating times and implement intermittent fasting,if you can make it work for you. I like breakfast some days and other days not. I would eat around 5-6pm and then leave food for at least 14-16 hours after that. I then have a meal around 9-10am. Fat helps me to stay full longer…

and for those of you who think that signing an online petition doesn't work,it does. I do loads of it and I am amazed how often I get good news from petitioning. We are the consumers and we have the power to change things…even if it's a big ol *kitten* like coke

I agree, there are good digestive enzymes that have ox bile and I have read about people without gallbladders using it and having success. I have digestive issues and whenever I am having problems(or I eat something I shouldn't)I pop a couple of them and they seem to do the trick. HCL is another supplement that could work…

Thanks for your comments everyone :) I started the taping and it seems to be helping and as much as I want to just keep on running,I am going to give myself a full week off and see if that makes a difference..if it needs longer I will take it. I am SO frustrated by this as every time I seem to hit a running goal, some sort…

The whole 30 team responded to my query and this was what they said " - take a look at what has changed since you started your Whole30. Have you cut back on your fats without meaning to (many primal folks get a lot of their fat from dairy sources, which are removed during a Whole30)? Have you added in more nuts or eggs…

Ah,that's crappy.I hope you get it figured out soon..I am feeling overly dry skin atm but I think it's from the heat coming on..hate the electric heat in winter :(

I would post on the whole 30 site and ask the forums there. They have really good moderators or you could like their page on fb and ask them there. I have eczema as well but during whole 30's I have never had an issue, mine has only improved. Do you take coconut oil internally aside from eating it in cooking? Perhaps…

Funny, this is very common on a whole 30. I remember when I did my first one that I dreamed I had cheated with sugar and woke up feeling super guilty. I was very pleased to realise it was just a dream.

Of course! I use green cabbage, carrot, salt, dry red chillies and dried oregano. Slice the cabbage on a mandolin, grate carrot.I use about half a head of cabbage and 1/2 a medium sized carrot. Salt generously and leave to sit at room temperature for an hour or so. Mix in chillies and oregano.I use 1/2 a tsp of each.Depends on…

I make my own fermented cabbage. It's super easy, cheap and it works a charm for getting in the good bacteria…it's also far cheaper than buying over the counter probiotics.

I have been to the doctor several times and the course of action is naproxen. The only time they give an injection is when it's severe. I have been told by my Dr. that even if it's drained,it can come still come back and more than likely,I will be suffering with this off and on throughout my life. Naproxen is one of the…
