There is a group on here. Look under NRL4W or something close to that. They have answered every question I have ever had and they are so supportive. I am starting tomorrow and can't wait!

It is good to hear you are doing the TDEE -20% because I want to do that also when I start next week. I think it will be more consistent that way.
-
Thank you Beeps!
-
Bump because I am starting the program next week and am curious about the answers.
-
Great NSV! Congrats.

Good for you for not letting that comment get to you.

What I usually do is when I go to log the leftovers from dinner for lunch, I copy yesterdays menu for dinner then change the catagory from dinner to lunch. It is a little time consuming but its better than recreating another menu.

Thank you Strawberrygas for the helpful info. I am thinking about getting the Insanity program and now I know what to look for.

I can relate to your frustration. There are many people on here who are doing so much better than me. On Monday I saw a picture of a friend who used to be bigger than me who is now obviously a lot smaller. My first reaction was jealousy, then I realized her weight loss started months before mine and I just couldn't compare…

I log in every day. Feel free to add me.

Thank you for sharing your list. It is thoughtful and insightful. It made me think about my life choice and how they affect me.
-
I am also doing the TDEE -20% and I am never hungry. I haven't lost a lot of weight but I did go on vacation (all inclusive to Punta Cana) about 2 weeks ago so I am working on getting back on the wagon. I think it is a better way to go because it is realistic. I can still drink my wine on the weekends as long as I make…

Thank you for your post. It came at a good time for me because my motivation is severely lacking.

I just started about a month ago with the em2lw but I haven't seen a major difference. I should qualify it by saying a week on that I was on vacation at an all inclusive and I did gain 4 lbs. I am struggling with the eat more to lose but trying to come to terms with it. If anyone wants to add me, I will support you anyway…

What an awesome NSV, congrats!

I used to belong to a gym that had an instructor that was awesome in step. She had such great routines you felt great when you are done. Now I mostly do the Zumba route for my cardio because it is fun.

I am from Salem County but I work in Atlantic County.

I would base it on the 3-5 time a week work out and go from there. I changed my to TDEE - 20% a couple weeks ago and not only am I more satisfied I am also seeing a difference in the scale and my clothes. It seems like a lot of food but it does work, believe me.
-
Your macros only add up to 80%. I can relate to it feeling like its too much. I started a couple of weeks ago and it felt like I was stuffing myself (with good food) but I have seen results. Keep going and I think you will see results also.

I drink a protein shake
-
That is a great NSV, congrats!
-
What an awesome NSV, keep up the great work and you will achieve all your goals!
-
I would count them.
-
I just finished reading Divergent and Insurgent by Veronica Roth. They are similar to Hunger Games but better, imo. I can't wait for the third one to come out in October.
-
You have a great list of NSV's. So happy for you. I wish you continued success!
-
What an awesome transformation. Congrats on all your success and I wish you continued success.
-
They may be the best doughnuts in the world, but if you eat them you will feel like crap afterwards. You can do this.....resist!
-
I count everything I put in my mouth that has calories. That is the best way to track you success and your loss.
-
I agree with both posters, the road map and the fat2fit ratio. You will have to tweek it as you go along to make it work for you. I used to use the MFP way and it just wasn't working for me. The TDEE -20% is what I use and it is working great. Good luck.

What a great NSV. You were due for a new belt anyway....lol! Congrats.
