I would guess if you hungry then your hungry.. maybe your not intaking enough calories for your workouts? Could be why your so hungry. Also i agree, go with the reward thing. Just try it if you have a day where you do great do small little things like sticking a dollar in a jar everytime you have a successful day.

If I eat before, I feel like puking. If you do so before go with a small snack. But yes preferably eat after, you need to refuel especially after a intense one

I actually going to see my Doctor in a few hours. I guess since they always weigh you and record it, it gives you a motive to see a lower number on the scale next time you go in.. Compared to the previous charts..

My longest run was a 5k and that was about two years ago. I really wanna start running again, after I finish the insanity program ill probably start again. Maybe train for a 5 or 10k and move up from there.
