Do you try to "reward" yourself if you do good one day? I find rewards to be very very off-setting for me so I just pat myself on the back and challenge myself to do it again.
Also, in what way is it blown? Food? Exercise?0 -
no i dont try to reward myself, i am just SO hungry, i eat everything in site0

learn self control, or re-evaluate your calorie limit.0

First off, if you just had brain surgery there is a high likelihood you need to be eating for recovery, second, do you mind opening your journal so we can take a look? You may be focused on low satiety foods, and then getting so hungry you feel like you MUST eat.0

my diary should be open to friends? and today is a REALLY BAD day.. wish it wasn't but it is0

I would guess if you hungry then your hungry.. maybe your not intaking enough calories for your workouts? Could be why your so hungry. Also i agree, go with the reward thing. Just try it if you have a day where you do great do small little things like sticking a dollar in a jar everytime you have a successful day.0

Don't let yourself get to the point where you're SO HUNGRY you'll eat anything. Eat an apple, stock your fridge with READY to eat carrot sticks, celery, etc. and hummas for dip. Boil some eggs in the morning that you can just slice up, put salt/pepper on them and eat them with crackers or something, that's good protein. Protein is the key!0
