What if you incorporate workout time with boyfriend time,like going for a walk. Or what about using workout time as a brain break between studying. Everyone has to find their own pattern. However, dont mistake getting sleep for not being healthy...your body and mind need rest as much as you need to eat healthy and exercise.

I buy a lot of dvd season collections,books and movies but other than that, food. I am not at the point where I need to completely change my wardrobe but when I am, i will most definately go on a shopping spree.

There is a calorie counting website that asks your wieght,fitness level,time of workout and a few other things...you plug in the infoand it will generate the calories burned. Googl.e zumba calories burned
