Try this. :) Have someone instruct you so you don't hurt yourself. More muscle burns more fat..

unfortunately, you can't force him. if he's not motivated, nothing will happen. it IS pretty common to complain about your own body and not do anything about it. and a few walks here and there are not going to help much. just give him his time and space, he will have to decide on his own.

here's one lazy geeky girl too.. xP I'd much rather spend all day on my computer but.. gotta do some exercise :) I'm also in my twenties :) not trying to lose anymore weight, but I want to get fit and more muscular :) add me if you want to, I log in every day (what a surprise!).

No? Yes? If I was someone else and not me? :D because two of me just wouldn't work... full time atleast. my husband married me for all my quirks and laziness and craziness and he's a really good hard working guy, so I guess there's something about me that's worth marrying. haha.

You're not alone. When I lost weight, I was like yeiii I'm tiny. But the feeling fades and I start to feel bigger again. :| it's annoying, I know I'm not big.... but I feel big >.>

Nope, my husband isn't so much into it. He started doing the 100 push ups challenge though and he's started to eat better, purchased weights for us etc but I don't feel he is as motivated. I wish he would work out with me more :3 But I'm glad he doesn't 'sabotage' my eating like I often read here, or make nasty comments.…

I just don't buy those things. if I have a bag of chips in front of me, I would eat a lot of it.

I had that before, but I think it has reduced a lot in time. just make sure you eat enough especially on workout days.

I enjoy playing games like mortal kombat 9, dbz budokais and such on my PS3. Metal gear solid is nice too :P

that's my goal. bodyfat is 30.5% (in may) and I want to get it in the twenties atleast, also I need more muscle mass..
