yeah I measure everything. when I started I guesstimated, but those were so off! it gets easier soon, because you'll have all the things you eat regularly pre-measured :3

you could just be a bit more bloated in the front pic (: I always try to take progress pics in the morning when I haven't eaten anything yet.. what kind of workouts do you do? 6lbs in a month sounds good to me :) nice job so far!

you've lost that much weight and you still wear the same clothes? Have someone take you shopping NOW! You will feel 100 times better once you have clothes that fit you. :)

my scale hasn't moved a lot, but I can see positive changes in my body AND my BF% has decreased a lot :)

more exercise, strength training.. :) making better choices, tracking my calories and macros. I bought a food scale for better logging :3 now I'm planning ahead and sticking to them!

well, grinding the coffee beans by yourself or on a machine softens the taste. :) just experiment with it, add some taste like vanilla, chocolate etc.. you'll find yours.

I didn't actually practice it, I just tried it sometimes. I just did my thing, went to gym etc. I saw slow progress.
