Actually, your diet is horrible and 15 min of strength training doesn't add anything.....It takes very little time to set up a weeks worth of good, clean food. Love this.... I do very little cardio, eat clean and strength train 4 days/wk. I eat 6 times per day and am dropping 1-2 lbs per week. Diet is 90%

When it comes to strength training, this site doesn't seem to account for that. I eat over what it recommended and I am eating in deficit, losing 1-2 lbs per week. I also do 4 day splits. The days I do HIIT, I seem to drop more weight. Even though I am very fit, I still do a beginner's HIIT routine: 23 minutes, 5 min warm up at a good pace, 1 min at max effort, dropping to 2 min rest until done. It's quick and super effective.

My favorite is using the leftover coffee or flavored teas with some stevia drops and protein powder. Many times I add in PB2 or chocolate PB2, some dark cocoa and a splash of almond milk. A little avocado gives you some good fat and makes it smooth
