If I feel snackish then I take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a pint glass of iced water and it seems to grab the snacking urge from me. Enjoy the journey, I know I'm enjoying mine...

Excellent progress, it puts me in the shade I was starting out at 204 lbs last february and I'm still struggling, thanks for the inspiration, keep up the good work.

I eat cottage cheese every day with saltine crackers (Ritz or TUC or similar) with plenty of salt and pepper on. you can also mix it with fruit, but I tend to just have it as above and have plain yogurt over fresh fruit , makes a nice lunch which saves calories for dinner later.
