  • I completely understand. I think I just need to weigh in less and worry about inches more. Maybe every 2 weeks. It makes me get down on myself sometimes when I weigh in. That and I am losing at a much slower pace than my husband. I am losing, but I am at 7 and he is at 22! Whats up with that.
  • We met on Match.com a little over 3 years ago. We got married in February. Love him so much! :) He is on here too so we are motivating each other which is really nice.
  • Not an ex issue, rather a family issue. My Mom has always been super critical (though not as much now), so when I was thin in high school I thought I was fat (150-160 pounds and 5'10"). I'll be happy at 170 now, so 25 pounds to go. I am struggling to see what my husband sees though with my results. I think when I lose more…
  • Hi girls! I am 5'10" and at 195 right now. I started at 202. My goal is 170, so about 25 more pounds! Its a slow and steady thing. I hope to be at 180 by December. Feel free to add me as a friend!
  • I'm so sorry!! I am always afraid I'll get asked that question ... then again I have posture issues. It is one of those questions though, you just don't do it.
  • I understand what you mean. It has been difficult for me to come to terms with things, but at 170 I was really happy. I realize I will never be that "skinny" girl and I will always be curvy, but I am okay with that and find that looks sexy as long as I am fit and am at a good weight. I am 5'10" and am built like a softball…
  • Starting: 202 Current: 196.4 Goal: 170
  • Feel free to add me, I am obsessed with Pinterest, lol. I need to divide up healthy vs non healthy though. My user name is my name. Becca Mazula.
  • I've had this problem a lot. But I have noticed, if I don't eat a satisfying/filling breakfast & lunch then I end up snacking like crazy and often go for the wrong foods, so I have to focus on eating fulfilling meals. This website has helped me though, because I have to own it up. I think that is why I gained so much…
  • My legs, butt & as my husband says "ample bosoms". Lol. Just dislike my tummy!
  • This helps me out too. I gained a little over 1 lb and was very miffed and not happy :( Will drinking water help my weight go down because I know I don't drink enough.
  • Freeze a dark chocolate bar. I like the endangered species dark chocolate with raspberries, then snap off a piece or they also have little snack ones, so does trader joes (100 calorie snack treats). But I freeze it so its out of sight out of mind and I find that when its frozen I eat it slower and the more I can savor it.
  • Agree with if you do it the fast way the likelihood of gaining the weight back is greater. That and I just don't trust any of those pills. If you have any sensitivity to caffeine or have any neurological or heart conditions do not take them. It is a supplement thus they are not regulated by the FDA but the "claims" that…
  • I plan our weekly meals, which occasionally change. If I know what I am making that night I am able to put it in my dinner log before I even get to dinner so I know more about my calorie in/outtake I have.
  • I wear a head band so the sweat isn't so much in my face, but I definitely get red and drippy sweat. What is the point of putting make up and doing your hair anyways if you are going to sweat. But that is how I know I worked hard.
  • We like to make salmon or trout a lot, always in a foil tent in the oven. I put slices of lemon, white onion & some dill on the bottom of the foil, then put the salmon on top just seasoned with a little olive oil and salt and pepper and seal it all up. It is really tasty! My husband loves it.
  • Hi! Thank you for this group. sw: 195 height: 5'10" gw: 175 ( 165-170 even better! but baby steps!)
