Thank you all for your opinions. I just need to take a step back and notice the usual things I overlook. I mean, Im always checking things for how many cals in a serving and I stick by that, but I guess a healthy calorie is better than an unhealthy one.

Yeah, sometimes I don't finish logging. And some days I just completely forget then its too late and it doesn't matter anymore.... I normally have a hard time staying below 1600 unless I exercise hard... but I do my best to track everything.

Ok. So, I do strength training 3-4 times a week. Cardio everyday. I eat at a deficit of about 500-700 calories a day. Its been a couple of weeks and Ive lost 3lbs but I heard that the first few pounds is just water weight. On the days I do strength training, I do cardio first. I just feel like if I eat those calories back then I exercised for nothing. I should be eating about 1600-1700 calories a day to maintain my weight.
