I don't like to do it, but I often take my two littlest in the double jogger when I go running. Yes. Not every day, but usually once a week is a longer run, like 9 or 10 miles. The other days are typically between 4-6 miles.

No, I am not right now. Just using a GPS watch to determine distance/speed-- and then calculate it based on my weight.

I am the same way. I can have an AWESOME day, and then just sabotage it all with mindless evening snacking. I would love to hear what others say. I have had limited success with chewing gum, brushing teeth (so my mind thinks it's bed-time), or turning the lights off in the kitchen and "closing" it for the night. Good luck!

Happens to me often! I did get a different pair of running shoes, and that seems to help some.
