That is awesome. I love it. Last February when started exercising, I could hardly walk a mile in 20 minutes. And I had to use my inhaler numerous times during the 20 minutes. I am up to 4.78 miles in 60 minutes. And normally can get through an entire 60 minutes without using my inhaler. I consider that success. Each time I…

Hi everyone. I am down 88#, I have 42 more to go for a total of 130. I am feeling so much better, but also struggling as I feel that I still have so far to go. I have really kicked it up a knotch in the gym. Leaving it all on gym floor. Any advice for someone that has come so far, but still has a way to go?
