You look so wonderful. I can't wait to pull some of my old photos and really compare. I have been at a blockaide again. I really need to tighten it up. If I were doing maintenance it would be all good, but I have 40 more to go and it is harder then the first 90. Always the best!

It has been years since I was able to ride rides at theme parks that had safty straps. I cant wait to ride a roller coaster this summer.

If you are in the states, you should dial 211 in most states that is a helpline for people. They can advise you what to do before SNAP kicks in. Try a church or a soup kitchen. I have donated everything that no longer fits. My closet was virtually empty. I have been shopping at thrift stores. Until I am down to my goal weight, I refuse to spend more money. And this is the first time that I have tossed EVERYTHING from size 24 to size 16. I am in 14s now, but am eyeing up 12's or 10's. Have fun.

Not dramitic. I have been stuck within the same 10 pounds for months. Yes, I lost 96#, but I still have 40 to go and I dont want to be playing with the same 40 this time next year. So I am trying to find why I am stuck, and get back moving in the right direction. Thank you for your help.

Actually one of the ppl is a an health educator and tells me that i am eating too few calories...increasing protein is one thing, but calories scares me.
