thank you all for your help! I have decided to just keep counting calories at least for now. So far no weight loss, but I think my body is getting use to all the extra running and Pilates. Plus I had a lot of food events this past week so hopefully next will show up on the scale. Thanks again.

You can do it to! You had your moment last night and it sounds like you already make some much needed steps to eat the right things. Hey and you had your moment at the gym! At least it wasn't when you were trying to fit into that old pair of jeans, just grow from it. No time like now to make those changes!

Thanks, I'm trying to get back into using my diary like I was. I do keep healthier choices to snack on. The celery idea is pretty good, but I do like it lol. Guess it is hard to gain weight on celery though.
