1. Mallory 2. I've lost 22lbs since April 2012. 3. I have about 8-10lbs left to lose. However, I've been toning throughout my journey so I feel great. 4. Don't waste your time on the fad diets and meal plans. Eat REAL foods, eat HEALTHY foods!

The McRib has 72 ingredients YUM! One of them is a bleaching agent that goes into yoga mats. Did it taste delicious? McDonald's describes the McRib as a "meat product". No thanks!

I highly recommend a heart rate monitor that can also track your calories. My trainer explains to me that while doing crossfit, you want to make sure your heart rate stays elevated. I track mine using that and just called it something I would know. Good luck! It has done wonders for me in 2 months. I have lost over 10…

The challenge is still open! :-) Thank you to everyone who has joined so far.

We have some spots left for this 12 week challenge! Hope you join :-)

I didn't set any strict parameters or rules. I just wanted to create a challenge that will keep everyone accountable.

Sure! I have a private group set up and we will weigh in every Friday. I will create a spreadsheet by Sunday of each week so that we can see our losses and total %age lost. The challenge will last for 12 weeks. I've just found that challenges can create a wonderful network of support.

Is there still room? I would like to join if there is space. Thanks!

I prefer to do cardio in the morning, within 30-45 minutes of waking up. I usually do not eat first. Then when I do my evening bootcamp/HIIT workout, I am certain to eat before. Typically I eat about 1-1.5 hours before my evening workout.

I breastfeed and I just bumped my caloric intake up to 1800. She needs the extra cals or it could affect production.

The best thing that worked for me was getting a partner. He helped push me, especially through the days that I didn't want to go and train. And also, take it slow. You do not want to injure yourself b/c you rushed your training. When I was training, I had one long run a week, and the distant went up every week. I think my…

Go girl! I have 8lbs to go before I'm at my pre-preggo weight and then about 20 more after that! My son is almost 2 months old and I just started on here about 2 weeks ago. Good luck!

Absolutely. I began training in April 2010, although I didn't intend on running a marathon. I just began running 5Ks and in September I ran a 1/2 marathon without stopping and in December I ran a full marathon. I definitely think you still have enough time!

Hello All! My name is Mallory and I am 25 years old. I have a precious son, Dax who is only 2 months old. I gained almost 40 lbs during pregnancy and only have 10lbs to go from my pre-pregnancy weight. However, I was about 20lbs overweight when I got pregnant. Needless to say, I have about 35lbs total to lose and then I…
