I'm with you. I drink between four and eight cans diet dew. I have it down to like four now. I am drinking more water and i love iced tea with no sugar just lemon.

I am 5'5" and started at 159 lbs. I am currently 152 lbs. I consider myself med to large frame. Hourglass figure. My goal is 135. I know from being 135 before i dont want to go smaller. It makes me look too thin.

I, too, am at the 1200 cal. a day, and almost always go over my sugar limit....I am a newbie at this, but I agree with the other posts, just watch the other things...I do know that I am paying closer attention to my sodium intake, as I am one that will retain tons of fluid if I get too much. I mix my tuna with one tbsp of lite miracle whip, some onion, celery, a few green olives and a bit of the olive juice. Delicious in a whole grain pocket thin.
