My Dr. prescribed Metformin and Spiro. I'm trying my best to get my diet under control and incorporate exercise because I am not fond of meds. Thanks for the suggestions! I'm going to start exercising as well.

When you run you burn more cals, but I am 283 and I run a min, walk a minute and I repeat this for 30 mins. You can do it! Just a light jog will get your heart rate up.

I have never deleted anyone, but quite a few people deleted me....Unfortunately, I had a few deaths in the family and didnt log in for over a month and when I came back my buddy list got shorter :( I am back on the wagon!!!

It also depends on how much you weigh, a larger person will burn more calories than a smaller person as well. In 30 mins, I burn 500 cals on the treadmill 15 incline 2.8 speed.

Personally, I work out in the PM because of time restraints. I use to work out in the AM and it is much better. I was told from a Personal Trainer morning workouts are more beneficial because you burn more calories throughout the day. I lost more weight when I worked out in the mornings.....JUST SAYING...but on a side…
