My husband fully supports me!! We both joined the gym, and he's starting to watch what he's eating now too.. I got him onto MFP as well. The only thing i find annoying about him getting all healthy..is when he hijacks my healthy snacks! haha

It really is a great program....although I know alot of ppl are turned off of it because they think that its all about the product. I start my next challenge again on the 27th! can't wait

You just have to consider the source of the sugar. I am constantly over my sugar intake, but its all from the fruits and veggies, and milk. If I was eating foods that didnt have natural sugars in it, and was way over, then i'd worry.

Definately use a smaller plate!! I havent even used a normal sized plate since September! makes a huge difference

The Starbucks Tazo brand Green Tea is yummy. It is flavored with lemongrass and spearmint. Stay away from the full leaf green tea from there though...its not nearly as enjoyable.

I usually take off the top bread off of my sub when i go there! They usually put the meat on the top anyways so its kind of a lid..haha..keeps everything together. Its an easy way to cut out almost 200cals..ends up being the same amount of bread as a 6 inch.

I love the Jillian Michaels vanilla protien too! I find water works fine with it, as long as u add ice. What i tend to do is mix 2 scoops, add a few ice cubes, half cup of unsweetened almond milk, and a half cup water, and a few frozen peaches or strawberries, toss it in the blender for a minute or so. super creamy and…
