Things in my gym bag are. my runners a small towel ipod lock for the locker water bottle xtra pair of socks my polar ft4 hair tie I usually just wear my gym clothes to the gym and home...its pretty close.

Sounds good. I made turkey meatloaf tonite too!! Except I used All Bran flakes, instead of bread, and a package of onion soup mix, spinach and kale! It was really tasty...quite proud of myself because I am sooo not a person who likes to cook!

I love the JM protein powders. I use 2 scoops in my smoothie, with a half cup unsweetened almond milk, half cup of water, and a serving of frozen fruit, ..if i skip out on the fruit i add ice. Yes I do have a sink as well. I have a space in my basement thats set up as a full service salon. I mostly do color services with cuts. The only thing I dont do is perms...one of the perks of being your own boss!

complex carbs...the good carbs...are whole grains, fruits and veggies. simple carbs...the bad carbs...are white pastas, and breads, sugars, starchy stuff.

Nothin wrong with natural sugars in the fruit! If you are worried about your sugar/carb intake...check the labels on your granola bars, they are usually filled with sugars.

Here are a few things i notice *too much fast food *too much processed foods *not spreading your calories thruout the day Even though you have a certain calorie target dont eat them all in 2 meals, especially fast food ones. You want to eat healthy, unprocessed foods about 5 times a day. Really boosts your metabolism.

I had a small turkey bacon club with no sauce, for lunch today! was sooo tasty...370 cal..not too bad...but pretty high in sodium bc of the deli meats. I gave up my love of the XL french vanilla back in september! haha

I use unsweetened almond milk and it is lactose free, 0g of sugar. Where as skim milk has 13g...even though it is natural sugars. I still drink skim milk, but i like to switch it up

I dont think i could eat certain foods without ketchup, sour cream or miracle whip. Everything in moderation..haha
