Awesome Turkey Meatloaf

1 pkg ground turkey 85/15
2 slices white bread
1 can campbell's fr onion condensed soup (drained but save 1/2 of the juice)
1 whole egg
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
dash of black pepper
mix in bowl and put into meatloaf pan. bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
serves 8

fat :: 12
protein :: 14
fiber :: 0
sodium :: 437

I think I would have to switch out white for whole wheat bread but I have some ground turkey in the freezer. This is definitely something to try.0

Sounds good. I made turkey meatloaf tonite too!! Except I used All Bran flakes, instead of bread, and a package of onion soup mix, spinach and kale! It was really tasty...quite proud of myself because I am sooo not a person who likes to cook!0
