Thank you all for writing back. I have done the calculations and based on my exercises levels( 3-5 times a week) I can eat up to 1972 calories a day! Now im getting confused again If i go to the gym and lets say I burn 500 calories do I need to eat 1972+ 500 i just burned? Sorry if this sounds stupid, i seen alot of posts…

Funny enough I just read that one too, it was very informative, but in my case I need to lose 12-15 pounds, not over 150 like his example, so maybe it wont work for me! I think the slimmer you are, less calories your body needs to survive, but then again I could be wrong :( Any info/ advice would be so much appreciated.…

Thanks for the advice, I have now set my goal to lose half of pound a week instead of 2 and hey i can eat even more haha I'll deff try more lifting

To be honest i dont understand all that crap neither, all i knew before is that u have to eat less and exercises if u want to lose weight; now more i read about this stuff more confused i get...some say that depending on the exercises u do, you burn different calories, like for example calories from carbs tend to be burned…

Oh yes, i tried HCG drops also only for 3 days tho, I did lose 2 pounds but couldn't keep it up, eating 500 cal a day not for me . Hi there, I have tried diet pills ( Alli and raspberry ketones) none of them worked, didnt lose any weight and on top I was always very constipated and bloated. Hope my answered helped
